I bought a dehydrator and now I'm so eager to try out all kinds of delicious things one can make with it. Does anyone know any good & inspiring websites or recipes for dehydrated snacks and foods?

 I am going camping a lot this summer and thus plan on making a lot pack-friendly snacks and meals. Hey, I want to dry some mint with my dehydrator, but I am having trouble finding solid instructions on the process. Several websites have reccomended an "herb screen", but I want to know if this is absolutely necessary. Also, is there a general time it takes? We just got a food dehydrator for Xmas, and it has some great recipes for drying fruit in the instruction manual, and a section on drying meat (yuck).
